Cooperation with the suppliers

There is a big emphasize being lain on the cooperation with the suppliers is laid within the company. There is a need of not only purchasing cheaply at any rate to achieve keeping and permanent improving the quality. There is a need of cooperation with the supplier when choosing the suitable material and persuading him that it is the deal in common being important for all interested parties. Only this sort of the open cooperation can lead to the full understanding and effective fulfillment of all specified needs on the product under the realization.

Technical facilities

The company is ready to react immediately on the trends of higher effectivness of all its activities by by up-to date technical equipment. To a certain extend the company is able to produce the ″measure-made″ machinery equipment by its own according to the needs of its production. This is very important for the elimination of the time delays between the preparation of the production and the production itself.

There is a quality management system according to the ISO/TS 16 949 built in the company the fundament of which is ISO 9001:2001 enlarged for the automotive industry requirements. At the present time the quality management system – QMS is an indivisible part of a modern company having the ambitions of the further development. One of the most important criteria for the choice of the supplier at most of the European organizations is just its quality system and herewith the valid certificate, too. Quality management system is a never ending process of the enterprise improvement and if there is a right sort of approach taken towards this, it can be contribution to the identification of the weak points within the company and it can also expose and use the hidden reserves. It is able to expose the causes of the defects and prevent them effectively.
